We have been trained, when will we be able to use the new plasma cam?? It had an admin password on the processer when we were trained, is that still in place?
we found a bug in the software that is failing to work with user logins. We’re waiting to hear back from Dynatorch, but once that is done it will work.
Currently we found that when a user logs in the software resets all settings, which is no bueno

I took the class last week (Monday) and was wanting to cut this morning.
The system shows user dynatorch is currently logged in.
If the problem is not resolved, have we had any update on the status from dynatorch?
Once dynatorch has responded and the problem is resolved how do I get the password?

Yes, to all that need access and have taken the class PM me. If your talk username doesn’t match your DMS one I need the DMS one.
Any update on this? Another day goes by as I can’t use the Plasma Cutter.
