On my lovely stroll thru the metal shop, saw a few issues that I found to be interesting.
First - Water Soaked Welding Gloves
Second the previously reported beveled grinding wheel. What the heck!!
Looks like it will be a candidate for replacement.

Interested to know where that water is coming from. I’ll try to swing by this evening.

As for the grinders there are wheels in the cabinet. I’ll try to swap it whilst I’m there.
I expect to be back later tonight. I would suspect that water is from someone dunking their part in the blacksmith water. I just wanted you informed. I can work on the grinders as well if you like. I didnt have time to address the issues at lunch 
If you beat me to it go for it. Need to take wheel inventory as well for the next time I am out.
