The company that I do consulting work for has a new full time job listing for a Mechanical Engineer. Check out Indeed.com and search for “Unitron”. The key requirements are SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD experience. Unitron is a 55 year old company located near the intersection of Plano Road and Miller Road. They manufacture power systems for the Airlines, Military, and Marine systems. Due to government contracts, no F1 sponsorship is available for this position.
Do you happen to know if they’d consider someone for a mostly remote position? My uncle is a very talented engineer with great SolidWorks skills, but lives in Houston.
Sorry…No remote position, must be at local Engineering Department, 40 hours per week.
