I know a handful of people discussed going. Here’s some info for you. Makers have a traveler program where you exchange volunteering for a ticket. This is worth something like $40ish bucks - but the real treat is it would also offer an opportunity to see how the large party is organized and run.

Iceland round trip is crazy cheap right now. We have a car rented to drive around the island, could probably take one more!

The Wife and I will be getting into the city early Friday. We will likely only go in on Saturday as we had to book a mid day flight home on Sunday.
