Jet Midi Lathe Disassembled/Broken?

Currently there is a Jet Midi Lathe that is disassembled. It appears to have been taken apart at some point. Can someone provide me with the history on this? I noticed that the pulley for the belt and some pieces for it are inside the casting. It appears to be all there. Im am happy to reassemble it. Before doing so I wanted to confirm that it was not broken.

The bearings are shot on that one. @Nate was nice enough to pull it apart to confirm it was the suspected bearings, and we are awaiting acquisition of new bearings before reassembling. I believe @talkers was going to grab the bearings, if he hasn’t already. Thanks for checking!
