Wish I had time/space/money to fiddle with such a beast. So much want to drive (preferably own) a straight 8 before I die. That Packard would be PERFECT! Alas. No garage space. No time. I’d have to sleep in it if blew $6k+ on acquiring it…

@Ferman had an opportunity in ~1996 to acquire a 1986 Corrolla GT-S for <4 figures due to blown head gasket. Had no idea what they’d become (nor the $$ to blow, at the time)…

And for $6500 I’d rather have the Packard.

No fun in having something that everyone else has…
