I triggered the sawstop blade

Was using the incra jig and it cleared the blade before the cut but shifted I guess on the actual cut and the stop triggered. :frowning: So that one’s on me :confused:

Bummer. Was there a replacement brake available?

Also, how’s the Incra miter gauge?

The gauge is fine. That blade goes down so quick I don’t think it even got much beyond a scratch. It’s impressive.

Not sure where the replacements live.

As a general rule of thumb, he who triggered it procures a new one :slight_smile:

Hopefully, we should always have a spare or two, such that saw can be up-n-running as soon as possible.

Not sure if we buy in bulk, and setter-offer is just expected to reimburse, or actually has to make a trek to D&R or Dallas Saw or wherever…?

@Team_Woodshop?

I was under the impression they were in the unlocked cabinet and you just pay at the kiosk.
