He’s not a member, but he or someone who knows him has a small box of stuff in Lost and Found.

Where was the stuff found? Perhaps it was left behind after a class in that room and a look through the previous class attendees in that classroom might uncover an email address.
Well, it’s probably been in Lost and Found for a while. It does look like stuff for a class, although none of it has been used.
