Yes, one can have it where users or members can pop in chat, ask for {x} (ie @dmsbot please add John Q Maker to Woodshop Basics 101) and have it automatically done. Same can be said for deploying x app, installing x software, or resetting x computer to a known good state.
Short simple part of it becomes the stuff that burns out our infrastructure guys which should be automated anyways now is automated as self help and executable as a push button item by infrastructure volunteers.
