I won’t be able to make it
If anyone would like to help me/us organize for the picnic - I’ve put a work/organization/brainstorming date on the calendar for a work-hour this Wednesday (April 11th) 8:45. I could use about four people for an hour. @Team_PR My time is tight this week. I’m not looking to extend this beyond an hour the week after will be a bit easier for me.

Two people (probably the same as the inventory people)
I’ll be there for most of it

Finally, after trying to track down the “meat man”as he’s known in my phone five times (insert easy joke), I’ve signed the contract for the catering. 20lbs of briquet and 20lbs of sausage as of today right this minute it’s going to be delivered to the park at 12:30 but I can change that up till Friday evening depending on the plan.

Ok guys just wanted to know I’m waiting for confirmation on a reservation but I found somewhere inside that we are going to rent.
I will announce when it’s 100% we won’t be out for as long because it costs more but I’m hustling for everyone.
