Beware RECI tubes. DMS has gone through half a dozen of them. They don’t last 10,000 hours. They last like 500 hours.

While they have metal sealed mirrors, they seem to lack quality control to verify the helium is not leaking out the seals. They will last longer but ONLY if you run them at half power or less. Kinda defeats the point of having a high power tube.
It could still be a decent machine. A replacement tube from SPT is around $1,100 after shipping.
